"Pre-owned" means the item has had a previous owner and could be in either new or gently used condition. To ensure there are no surprises, we’ve provided a chart to help you understand the condition of pre-owned items. This way, you’ll know exactly what to expect!

 NWT: New with Tags - This item is brand new, never worn or washed, and shows no signs of wear, stains, or discoloration.

 Excellent: Worn only a few times, this item looks almost like new with no visible signs of wear.

 Gently Used: Worn several times but still in good condition. May have some light signs of wear, such as minor pilling or slight discoloration.

 Well-Loved: This item shows signs of frequent use and washing. It may have some fading, minor discoloration, small stains, and pilling, reflecting its well-loved history.

 Worn Out: These items have noticeable signs of wear, such as stains, pilling, or small tears. While they’re past their prime, they’re perfect for repurposing! Use them for crafts, costumes, play clothes, yard work, camping, or even as rags—the possibilities are endless!
