Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy. If you decide for any reason that an item isn't the right fit for you, please contact us to start a return. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date of delivery.

To start a return, you can contact us at ourfamiliesatticresale@gmail.com or by using the contact form on our website. If your return meets the requirements, we will send you a return shipping label via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you have more than one item to return, please return them in one package and include the return slips for each item in the package. Please reuse the package you received, or any other used package will work. We like reusing and repurposing things around here! :)

Return Requirements: 

  • All items must be in the same condition you received them
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable on returns
  • Bargain Basement items are not eligible for return - "all sales are final" on these items
  • All items are subject to a $1.99 restocking fee

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is not as described on the product page, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos will be required via email for items damaged in transit so that we may file a claim with our shipping carrier prior to a refund being issued. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Bargain Basement items, or gift cards.
