Standard Shipping within the United States

Shipping is based on the weight of your order. We currently offer shipping services through USPS.

We currently ship to the United States including Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO/DPO*

Local Delivery & Pick-up

If you live in Pine Bluff, White Hall, or Rison, Arkansas: local delivery and pick-up can be arranged. Please contact us to make these arrangements before placing your order to receive a special shipping code to add to your order.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, please allow for up to 4 days of processing orders.

Once your product ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. 

  • How do you ship the packages?

Packages are shipped using the United States Post Office First Class Package, Parcel Post, or Priority Mail.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

No. Currently, we ship only to the United States. 

  • How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary by location. Please allow 3-8 days for delivery. 

 *This does not include our 1-2 day processing time.

  • Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that will contain your tracking number. If you haven't received the tracking number within 3 days, please contact us.  

  • Will my items be in one package?

All orders are shipped in the same package from the same location.

 

*Please note: Shipping for Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO/DPO may take up to six weeks in some cases. Tracking information is available for these orders.
